LG is preparing to launch the G Flex 2 at CES 2015

As we mentioned in our CES 2015 preview, things have been looking iffy regarding the LG G Flex 2 at CES. Sources have been back and forth on the matter, and the fact that there have been few substantial hardware leaks also left us questioning. Now, by way of an LG G Flex 2 poster plastered by LG on the main hallway of CES (as spotted by The Verge), we have confirmation that the next-gen curvy smartphone will without doubt become official this week.
To our dismay, the poster doesn’t exactly give us a rundown of what the G Flex 2 will be like, and there are really only a few conclusions that can be drawn from it – the phone exists, it’s called the “LG G Flex 2″ (and is bendy), LG’s press event on Monday will be used to officially unveil it, and it has many software similarities with the G3 and other 2014 LG handsets. We’ll definitely know lots more details very shortly.
Michael Fisher, Jaime Rivera, and Hayato Huseman will be on site at the press event for Pocketnow, and hands-on footage of the G Flex 2 will be up shortly after the event concludes, so keep it locked to the site and our social media feeds for up-to-date information.
